 New compact vibration sensors
for plant protection.
A new range
of vibration sensors has been launched by Hansford Sensors Ltd.
for monitoring levels of vibration on important rotating machinery
used in production and process industries.
The
HS-130 series of vibration sensors has been designed as a compact
device, having a 50% smaller body diameter and weighing just
30 grams. These features make it ideal for use where space is
limited or where the additional weight would alter the test characteristics.
This general purpose industrial accelerometer has a robust stainless
steel construction and is sealed to IP65 allowing it to be used
in difficult industrial conditions. The sensors are fitted with
non-over braided, fire retardant, twin core screened cable. The
sensors provide a 100mV/g signal using a top-entry cable arrangement.
