New digital
pressure gauge combines precision and advanced functionality
in a simple and compact low cost package.
GE Sensing, a
leading provider of precision sensing products, systems and services,
announced today a new low cost digital pressure gauge that delivers
high precision measurements and advanced functionality in a compact,
simple-to-use package.
The rugged Druck
DPI 104 Digital Test Gauge is suitable for use with a wide variety
of gas and liquid media and pressure ranges span from 700 mbar
to 1400 bar with 0.05% FS accuracy. Designed for ease of use,
a large intuitive menu-driven display also provides extensive
functionality and analogue /digital outputs, making the DPI 104
a best value solution for applications in many industrial markets.
Self-powered
from an internal 9V alkaline battery, DPI 104 standard display
functions include 11 selectable pressure units, tare and value
min/max capture, high/low level alarms, switch test and 0-5V
analogue output. For maximum operator convenience, a circular
20-segment bar graph also provides a quick visual pressure reading,
together with precise numeric indication of percent full scale.
For ease of viewing, an adjustable housing rotates 320° around
the pressure fitting and the gauge faceplate can be rotated in
any direction as required to suit each particular installation.
" The DPI
104 can function either as a stand alone process indicator or
as a test device when configured with our extremely popular line
of hand pumps", says Tom Reid, product manager. "With
the DPI 104 we can now offer customers a complete high performance
test and calibration kit solution- including pump, gauge, test
hose, case and accessories- at an exceptional price."
The DPI 104
is a Druck product. Druck has joined other GE high-technology
sensing businesses under a new name-GE Sensing.
